The coal barging and loading operations are conducted at PT. BBA’s jetty area located in Pandan Sari Village in the Segah District. The loading process utilises both conveyor systems and manual handling methods to ensure operational flexibility and efficiency. The conveyors operate at a capacity of 1,000 metric tons per hour for the first 5 hours, followed by 500 metric tons per hour thereafter. As a result, the entire coal loading process onto the barge is completed in approximately 10 hours.

Operasi pengangkutan dan pemuatan batu bara dilakukan di dermaga (jetty) PT. BBA yang terletak di Desa Pandan Sari, Kecamatan Segah. Proses pemuatan menggunakan metode konveyor dan metode penanganan manual untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan efisiensi operasional. Konveyor beroperasi dengan kapasitas 1.000 metrik ton per jam selama 5 jam pertama dan setelahnya 500 metrik ton per jam. Dengan demikian, seluruh proses pemuatan batu bara ke tongkang selesai dalam waktu sekitar 10 jam.
